Our vision at The Sororum is to create a world where first-generation marginalised and/or minoritised young women have the opportunity to rise to the top without facing the obstacles that previous generations faced in the workplace or within the home. We aim to bridge the gap between Gen Z and companies, fostering a powerful and enduring relationship that enables young women to fulfil their potential as future leaders, current role models, and changemakers.
Our goal is to empower young women with the unique talents, skillsets, and drive necessary to thrive in the corporate world or as entrepreneurs. Through our program, we provide economic opportunities, equal access to opportunities, and the necessary support to overcome institutional barriers, ensuring our participants can succeed and make a meaningful impact.

The SORORUM Academy is different to a lot of other academies. All of the women who come through our doors are members for life. We support these young women all the way through their careers. From the first interview to signing the contract for their first C-Suite engagement.

Generation Z, also known as iGen, is set to become your most influential of generations all time. The importance to the Zconomy (Ref: Jason Dorsey) in the corporate world from employment to influence and consumerism is not to be ignored.
The SORORUM Academy amplifies the needs, struggles and opinions of our members, so that their voice has weight and value before they take their first steps within the corporate world.
